The house features a bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms—one with bunk beds—and two bathrooms, providing spacious and comfortable accommodation. Air conditioning and TV are available in both the living room and bedrooms, ensuring comfort in every season. Outdoor spaces are a highlight: a well-kept front garden with covered parking welcomes you on arrival, while a cool loggia leads to the entrance. At the back, you’ll find a second garden with a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals, and a stunning panoramic terrace accessible via a spiral staircase. The location allows you to often leave your car parked: Maddalena Beach (also known as Lido di Capoterra) is within walking distance, as is the I Gabbiani shopping center with supermarket, bars, tobacco shop, restaurants, pizzerias, and many services. The bus stop is just a minute’s walk away, making it easy to reach Cagliari.
